Instructions
First of all wash the dry shrimp with warm water. Soak for ten minutes.
Now heat oil add chopped garlic to fry. Then add chopped onion to fry.
Add soaked shrimp red chilli and salt. Mix well and stir fry continuously. It should be dehydrated and kept in a glass jar.
The dish is ready to serve. It can be served with chow chow or rice.
