Instructions
Clean and wash the chicken
Cut into thick
dice
and marinate it with salt, pepper, chopped garlic, cajun spice, balsamic glaze and keep aside
Take mayonnaise and chopped garlic together and mix it well add bit of lemon juice and seasoning and keep aside
Now rub the chicken with flour, put oil for frying and start to fry the chicken
Once it is done, pat dry the excess fat
Now take the plate, put the garlic aioli as shown in the video, arrange the pieces of chicken, garnish with parsley, lemon and spring of thyme.
Notes
Wash the chicken nicely
Do not cut very big pieces
Check the seasoning
