Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for Perfect Masala Pancakes
- Soak the Semolina: For an even smoother batter, soak the semolina in water for 15-20 minutes before adding it to the flour.
- Spice it Up: Adjust the amount of green chilies according to your spice preference. You can also add other spices like ginger, cumin, or coriander powder.
- Don't Overmix: Overmixing the batter can result in tough pancakes. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Perfect Heat: Medium heat is key to achieving perfectly cooked pancakes. Too high, and they'll burn; too low, and they'll be soggy.
