  • Wash and cube the pumpkin. Boil the pumpkin cubes in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes until slightly tender.

  • In a large bowl, combine the boiled pumpkin, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, ginger-garlic paste, onion paste, garam masala, and rice flour. Mix well to form a thick batter.
