  • 2 tbsp Butter for spreading, melted
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Syrup for garnish, optional
  • 1/4 of Avocados for garnish; thinly sliced, optional

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pumpkin Filling

  • Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add grated pumpkin, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, until pumpkin is softened.
  • Stir in the cottage cheese and cinnamon. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until heated through. Remove from heat.

Assemble the French Toast

  • Spread melted butter on both sides of each bread slice.
