  • Heat oil in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, ginger & garlic paste. Now add chopped onions.
  • Saute until they turn golden brown.
  • Now add mushrooms and saute it until they are tender.
  • Add peas, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, garam masala powder, tomatoes, cashewnut paste.
  • Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add chopped coriander and mix it.
  • Garnish with spring onions and serve hot with roti or naan.
