Ingredients
- 1 cup Mushroom (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Peas (frozen)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Tomato (chopped)
- ¾ tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/3 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 leaves Coriander (chopped, fresh)
- 2 Spring Onions (to garnish)
- 2 tbsp Cashews (paste)

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, ginger & garlic paste. Now add chopped onions.
- Saute until they turn golden brown.
- Now add mushrooms and saute it until they are tender.
- Add peas, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, garam masala powder, tomatoes, cashewnut paste.
- Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add chopped coriander and mix it.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve hot with roti or naan.
