Ingredients
For the Watermelon Pops
- 4 cups cubed Watermelon cubed, seedless
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 10 leaves Mint chopped leaves, fresh
- 1/2 tsp Salt black, kala namak (optional)
- 6 sticks Wooden Popsicle Sticks
Equipment
- 6 Popsicle Molds
- 1 Bowl for mixing, small
- 1 Whisk for mixing, small
- 1 Pastry Brush to apply the mixture
Instructions
Prepare the Watermelon
- Wash and cube the watermelon into bite-sized pieces. Remove any seeds.
Make the Honey-Mint Mixture
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, chopped mint leaves, and black salt (if using).
Assemble the Pops
- Lightly brush the watermelon cubes with the honey-mint mixture.
- Fill the popsicle molds with the watermelon cubes, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Insert wooden popsicle sticks into each mold.
Freeze
- Place the molds in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours, or until the pops are completely frozen.
