Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for the Perfect Fresca
- For a smoother texture, strain the juice after juicing to remove any remaining pulp.
- Adjust the amount of ginger to your preference. Start with less and add more if you like a stronger ginger flavor.
- For a sweeter drink, add a touch of honey or maple syrup to taste. Consider agave nectar for a vegan-friendly option.
- Store leftover fresca in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The chia seeds will continue to absorb liquid, potentially thickening the drink further.
