Ingredients

- 100 gm Milk condensed
- 200 gm Chocolate Chips use high-quality white chocolate chips for the best flavor. alternatively, finely chopped., white, you can use a high-quality white chocolate bar
- 1.5 - 2 tbsp Nuts finely chopped; optional but recommended (e.g., almonds, cashews), mixed, pistachios
- 0.5 tsp Rasmalai Essence
- 1/8 tsp Cardamom Powder
For Rolling the Truffles (Optional)
- 100 gm Nuts finely chopped (e.g., almonds, cashews), mixed, pistachios
- 2 tbsp Rose Petals crushed, dried
Instructions
Prepare the Truffle Mixture
- Heat the condensed milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
- Once bubbles appear around the edges, reduce heat to low. Sprinkle the white chocolate chips over the warm condensed milk and let them melt gently, stirring occasionally.
- Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Remove from heat. Stir in the mixed nuts, rasmalai essence, and cardamom powder. Whisk until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, or until firm enough to handle. (Chilling time may vary depending on the chocolate and ambient temperature.)
Prepare for Shaping
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Shape and Decorate the Truffles
- Scoop the chilled mixture and roll into small balls (approximately 25g each).
