Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Rolled Oats (toasted â)
- 1/2 Onion (mediumâ finely chopped)
- 1 Green Chillies (medium hot roughly chopped)
- 1 leaves Coriander (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tomato ((without seeds and pulp) â medium finely chopped)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Preheat oven at 180 C.
- In a deep bowl take eggs, finely chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt and turmeric. Whisk well.
- Add toasted rolled oats. Whisk again till it combined well.
- Fill silicone muffin cases two-thirds full and bake it in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes
- Serve hot.
