Ingredients
- 250 gm Mushroom (cut into medium size)
- 250 gm Chicken (breat cut into)
- 2 Onions (very finely chopped)
- Garlic (the more the better loads)
- Rosemary (fresh)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/3 cup Heavy Cream (rd)
- 1/3 cup Cheese (optional rd grates)
- Ground Pepper (freshly)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 Lemon (juice)
- 2 tsp Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Cook onions and chopped garlic till it turns brown.
- Add mushrooms and cook on medium flame till mushrooms are cooked nicely and there is no water left in the pan.
- Take it on a plate and keep aside to be used later again.
- In the same pan, add some butter and rosemary and chopped garlic.
- Add the cubed chicken pieces and cook for 2 3 minutes on both sides. Do not over cook as chicken will become chewy and we want that melt in mouth texture.
- Now add milk, heavy cream, grates cheese , salt and pepper to taste
- Next add the cooked mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes more till there is a nice creamy liquid left in the pan.
- Sprinkle Lemon juice at the end and mix gently.
- Cook some rice separately.
- Steam some broccoli florets with salt and pepper
- For the roastes potatoes :Take some new small baby potatoes and wash and scrub nicely to remove any trace of dust.
- Cut them into half and boil in salt water for 6 to 7 minutes.
- Roast in a preheated oven at 220 degree centigrade with some rosemary and garlic and salt and pepper for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Now is the time to assemble everything together and enjoy your meal.
