Ingredients & Quantity
  • FOR STRAWBERRY MOUSSE
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cool whip - thawed
  • Strawberries diced
  • FOR CREAM-CHEESE ICECREAM
  • 8ounces of cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

How to cook?
  1. FOR STRAWBERRY MOUSSE Add strawberries,cream cheese and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend for 1minute or until smooth. Pour blended mixture into a large bowl. Whisk in cool whip until mixed, Pour into the chocolate cups and put in the fridge.
  2. FOR CREAM-CHEESE ICECREAM With an electric blender on high speed, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to incorporate well. Set aside.
  3. In a seperate bowl, beat the heavy cream. Now gently fold in the cream cheese mixture. form a 2nd layer on the chocolate cups with this in keep it to freeze. Garnish with chocolate chips and cherries. Enjoy chilled. HAPPY COOKING !!
