- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour whole
- 1 tsp Pepper ground, black
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste

- Gradually add yogurt and water, mixing until a soft, pliable dough forms. Add more water if needed to achieve desired consistency.
- Divide the dough into 4-5 equal portions.
Roll and Cook the Paratha
- Take one portion of dough and roll it into a thin, circular shape using a rolling pin.
- Lightly brush the rolled dough with oil.
- Fold the circle in half, then in half again to form a quarter-circle.
- Roll out this smaller shape into a larger circle again.
- Repeat the folding and rolling process two more times for a layered effect.
