Crispy Airfried Arbi Masala

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Boiled Arbi Taro root
  • 1 cup Onions Chopped
  • 1.5 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Few Curry Leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chili powder as per taste
  • Turmeric Powder as per taste
  • tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala

Instructions
 

  • Cut arbi into long pcs and coat with little mustard oil and air fryer at 180 degrees for 15 min till crispy enough.
  • For masala, heat 1 tbsp mustard oil in a pan, splutter cumin seeds, sauté onions along with ginger garlic.
  • Sauté for few min at medium flame. Add curry leaves. Add tomato puree and add all masalas.
  • Let the masala cook on medium flame for few minutes till oil separates form masala. Add crispy air fried arbi in masala and mix well. Add little water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Serve hot crispy arbi masala with roti or even as a snack.
