  • 250 gm Pre-Marinated Chatpata Murgh Raan available from licious (bangalore only) or use your preferred brand of pre-marinated chicken thighs. adjust amount based on serving size.

Vegetables

  • 20 gm Bell Peppers bell pepper, use a mix of green, and yellow for color; or just one color., red

Cooking Oil

  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil vegetable oil, canola oil, or any high-heat cooking oil.

Preparation

  • Dice the capsicum into bite-sized pieces.

Cooking the Chicken

  • Heat the cooking oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the diced capsicum and sauté until slightly softened but still crisp (about 3-5 minutes).
  • Add the pre-marinated Chatpata Murgh Raan to the pan.
  • Cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, to brown the chicken slightly.
  • Reduce heat to low, cover the pan with a lid, and simmer until the chicken is cooked through and heated thoroughly (about 8-10 minutes).
