- 250 gm Pre-Marinated Chatpata Murgh Raan available from licious (bangalore only) or use your preferred brand of pre-marinated chicken thighs. adjust amount based on serving size.
Vegetables
- 20 gm Bell Peppers bell pepper, use a mix of green, and yellow for color; or just one color., red
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil vegetable oil, canola oil, or any high-heat cooking oil.

- Dice the capsicum into bite-sized pieces.
Cooking the Chicken
- Heat the cooking oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced capsicum and sauté until slightly softened but still crisp (about 3-5 minutes).
- Add the pre-marinated Chatpata Murgh Raan to the pan.
