Ingredients
- 9 Broccoli
- 11 Carrot chopped, medium sized
- 9 Mushrooms
- 9 Potato chopped, medium sized, sweet
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1/2 Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Pepper black
- Spring Garlic
- 1.5 tsp Salt or as per taste
Instructions
- Boil glass of water add broccoli, carrot and sweet potato.
- Then add mushroom, spring garlic and salt, again bring to boil. Pour coconut milk.
- Heat butter add ginger garlic paste and crushed black pepper. Pour on to cooked soup and enjoy the winter soup.
