Sandesh made by seeds Sandesh is a favourite recipe of all Indians. But some people who don't want to consume dairy products and following plant based products they can try this dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup roasted moong dal powder
  • 2 tablespoon white sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon melon seeds
  • 2 tablespoon ground nuts
  • 2 tablespoon jaggery powder
  • 2 tablespoon coconut paste
  • 2 tablespoon homemade ghee
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • Few saffron threads
  • Few pistachio

Instructions
 

  • Make a paste with adding ground nuts, white sesame, pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, coconut.

  • Take a pan add homemade ghee and roasted moong dal powder. Stir continuously then add seeds paste. Mix together then add saffron soaked coconut milk and jaggery powder.

  • Put off the flame mix evenly and make a smooth dough. Now give the shape like sandesh with hand or any mold. Garnish with pistachio and saffron.
