Ingredients
- For Base-
- Water - 1 cup
- Sugar - 5 tbsp
- Citric Acid - 1.5 pinch
- Cornflour mixed in water - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon Yellow Color
- For Drink-
- Coconut Milk - 1/2 Cup
- Pineapple Juice - 1/2 Cup chilled
- Lemon Juice of half lemon optional
- Pineapple Essence
- Soda optional
- For Garnishing -
- Crushed Ice Cherry, Lime Wheel, Umbrella

Instructions
- For Coconut Milk- (makes 1 cup) Boil 1/2 Cup Coconut Powder, 1/2 Cup Milk, 1/2 Cup Water for 4-5 mins.
- For Base- Heat water and sugar till it dissolves, remove from flame and add citric acid and again put on flame. Add cornflour on high flame and stir it till it becomes transparent.
- For Drink- 1. In a bowl or jug, take the base, pineapple juice, essence, color, lemon juice, mix and sieve it. 2. Then, add milk and mix well.
- For assembling- Take a glass and dip the rim in base and then on coconut powder so that it covers the rim of the glass. Add crushed ice till half of cup, add the drink and then add soda if you want frizzy taste like cold drinks.Now garnish and serve
Notes
Do not use handolium pans.
