Crunchy Sprouts Salad is a simple yet super healthy salad recipe. Best to have in summers in breakfast or along with main course. A filling and refreshing salad full of nutrients which helps to control blood sugar levels.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 bowl Moth Dal soaked and steamed
  • 1/2 bowl Moong Dal Sprouts soaked and steamed
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts roasted and crushed
  • 2 tbsp Coconut grated / desiccated
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts crushed
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 1 cup Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber chopped
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • Chaat masala as per taste
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients well and add lemon juice as a last step.
  • Serve chilled.
