Pasta With Yellow Curry Paste (Valentines)

This yellow curry paste is made in Thailand. Generally it serve with non vegetarian but here I served with veggies. Valentine's means love. I always love kids. That day my friend came with her child and I served and appreciated. We can get this paste ready made. This contains shallot, lemon grass, salt, dry red chilli, galangal, turmeric powder, curry powder, coriander seeds, kaffir lime peel, cumin, acidity regulator an cinnamon.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gms boiled pasta
  • 4 tablespoon yellow curry pasta
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon refine oil
  • 1 teaspoon palm sugar
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 4-5 Baby corn
  • 1/2 cup grated cabbage
  • 1/2 cup small sizes cauliflower
  • 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat cooking oil in a frying pan add the yellow curry paste and fry till fragrance. Slowly add 1/2 cup of coconut milk and fry till fragrance.
  • Again mix 1 cup of coconut milk with water and stir well pour into the frying pan. Add chopped veggies and let cook.
  • Season with fish sauce and Palm sugar. Serve hot and sprinkle with red chilli flakes.

Notes

Don’t keep in freeze. Serve immediately.
