These double baked cheese potatoes will double your taste because it's loaded with lots of cheese. My family loves this recipe.

Ingredients
- 4 Potato medium size
- 1/4 cubes Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cubes Cottage Cheese
- 1 tsp Pizza Seasoning
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Black Paper Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt as par taste, or as per taste
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
- First wash and rough by clean kitchen towel
- Now spread oil and salt on potato and bake for 1 hour at 170℃ or until potato cook.
- After baking cut from top and remove middle part make potato cup
- Now grind remaining potato ,cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese make a thick paste
- Mix all spice and pour those paste in piping bag and fill potato cup
- Bake again those cup at 200 ℃ for 15 minutes
- Now double baked cheese potato ready for serve
