Ingredients
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 cup Gram Flour Besan
- 1/2 cup Coriander Chopped
- 2 piece Green Chili Chopped
- 1/2 cup Onions Chopped
- 1 tsp Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 3/4 tsp Dry Mango Powder Amchur Powder
- 2 tsp Mustard Oil

Instructions
- Soak oats in 1 cup water for 10 -15 min so that oats soften up. Add all the ingredients to prepare oats pakora batter.
- The consistency of the batter should be just like general pakoras usually prepared. Add little water to adjust the consistency.
- Heat an appam pan and drizzle little oil in all the sections. Put spoonful of oats pakora batter in each section and allow to cook from one end.
- Flip the appe pakoras to cook from other end. Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.
