A delicious pizza having sliced potato as a base instead of the traditional bread base. This Italian recipe is prepared by topping the Potato base with eggs, onion, green chillies and coriander leaves. Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes sliced
- 4 egg
- 3 tablespoon coriander leaves
- 1 green chili finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 3 tablespoon Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in deep round wok, shallow fry potatoes in heated oil (do not peel n overcook). Transfer Fried Potatoes to a plate. Switch off the flame.
- Take mixing bowl add eggs, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, oregano, red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Whisk it well.
- Add baking soda in batter n whish again.
- In same wok place fried potato slices in round layers. Pour batter on over potatoes. Cover the lid n cook it on low flame for 5min.
- Potato pizza is ready to serve. Cut it into 4 triangle pieces n serve with tomato ketchup.
Notes
U can also add chopped onion, capsicum, tomato in batter to make veg pizza.
