- 2 teaspoons simple syrup
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Juice from 2 limes
- 3 oz. silver tequila
- 2 oz Grand Marnier
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- Ice
- Margarita salt
- Club soda or flavoured water
21st Century
A combination not so typical, a taste so out of the world – 21st century gives that perfect taste formed by the imperfect couple – lemon juice and Crème de cacao [a thin, simple chocolate-flavoured liqueur ].
- 2 parts Blanco tequila
- ¾ part Light Crème de cacao
- ¾ part Lemon juice

- Kosher salt

- 2 drops of red food colouring (optional)

- 2 oz. Reposado Tequila
- 1.5oz. Grapefruit Juice
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Simple Syrup

Refrigerate and store for up to 2 weeks.
