Instructions
How to Prepare Raw Mango Puree
Peel the Raw Mango
Cut into small pieces
In a bowl add the small pieces of Raw Mango
Add water until the Raw Mango pieces are soaked
Boil for 10-15 minutes in Medium flame by stirring during intervals
Once the paste is ready you can store it and use it to prepare varieties of recipes
Yoghurt Preparation
Add 2 Peeled Small Orange
Add 2 Tablespoons of yoghurt
Add 1 Tablespoon of Boiled Raw Mango Puree
Add 1 Tablespoon of Honey
Add a pinch of salt
Add Little water and blend until smooth
Then Separate the pulp using the strainer
Serve it in a bowl by garnishing it with chopped nuts and Little honey

Notes
If you want more sweetness, you can little more honey.
Use only Boiled Raw Mango Puree.
