Ingredients

Instructions
In a pan heat ghee. Add 1 cup besan into it and fry it till it turns golden brown and the mixture is plain and even.
Then add water to it and simultaneously add sugar. Stir continuously till it dries up and starts leaving ghee.
Serve hot
