Instructions
First we have to soak barley for an hour then cook for five minutes.
Now make a batter with flour, sugar, butter, barley. baking powder, cinnamon powder half tsp pinch of nutmeg powder and vanilla essence
Then brush a baking container with butter and pour batter and bake in a preheated oven 180 degree Celsius for twenty minutes.
Then garnish with fresh cream and enjoy the cake.
