I used Licious brand's mutton

cup
shallots,
diced
1
cup
curry leaves
2
green chilies
slit
3
tbsp
pepper powder
1
teaspoon
Salt
pinch
turmeric
1/2
teaspoon
garam masala
2
tbsp
coconut oil
2
tbsp
water
Instructions
Mix the pepper, turmeric and salt to the mutton
Add oil and water to a 2l pressure cooker
Add the shallots, curry leaves and green chillies
Add the marinated mutton
Cook on high for 10-15 whistles (use your discretion and if you feel a slightly smoky smell switch off stove) and let the pressure release naturally
Mix the contents and enjoy your mutton chukka :)
You could add a salad of microgreens, cucumber and onions to sate the conscience and not feel guilty of avoiding the greens :)
Notes
These are exact measurements since OPOS method has to be done with correct measurements.
If you have more mutton, make in two batches. Overall it takes only 15 mins so go ahead and discover the magic.
Pepper can be reduced if you are sensitive to spice
