Red chili powder
Water
as required
Instructions
In a wide vessel make the dough.
Add onions chopped to the flour.
Add green chillies.
Add coriander leaves finely chopped.
Add oil.
Add salt and red chilli powder
Make a paratha like dough with required amount of water.
Roll with rolling pin.
Cook without oil on griddle or tawa.
Once little cooked ,cook with oil to make them crisp.
