- 1 tsp Coriander Powder

- 3/4 - 1 cup Water add gradually as needed to form a soft dough
For Cooking
- 2 tbsp Ghee or more as needed
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour for dusting

Prepare the Dough
- Combine multi-grain flour, chopped bathua, asafoetida, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Gradually add water, mixing until a soft, pliable dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes, covered with a damp cloth.
Roll and Shape the Parathas
- Lightly dust your work surface with all-purpose flour.
- Divide the dough into small, equal-sized balls.
- Roll each ball into a thin, circular paratha using a rolling pin.
Cook the Parathas
- Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the rolled paratha.
- Heat a flat griddle or tawa over medium heat.
- Place the paratha on the hot tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until lightly browned.
