  • 2 cup Water â
  • 2 pods Cardamom â or
  • 2 tbsp Ginger grated â
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice â
  • 1 tsp Tea Powder â
  • 2 tbsp Jagerry or palm


  • 1. In a sauce pan, boil water, after bubbling starts, add crushed cardamom pods,grated ginger , tea powder and jaggery.
  • 2. Allow it to boil for 3 mins, then add lemon juice and turn off the flame.
  • 3. Filter the tea using a strainer and serve hot in a glass.
