About this Recipe

A Detox drink which would cleanse your body and you will feel refreshed - I keep seeing such type of articles and thought to try this recipe and yes to my surprise I really felt refreshed after drinking this. What I have learned is use seasonal fruits and then enjoy simple mocktails and feel refreshed.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 5 fresh strawberry
  • 1 Glass of water
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 thin slice of lemon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 5-6 basil leaves

How to cook?
  1. Cut 3 strawberries into slices and puree 2 strawberry with help of spoon and make the pulp,
  2. Take fresh mint leaves and basil leaves and put it in glass of room temperature water.
  3. Put slice of lemon in the water and pour the strawberry puree. Add Cut strawberry. Add honey
  4. Keep it overnight in the Refrigerator. This would help the juices to to extract the juices which would nicely blend in water and drink it early morning empty stomach. You can also use this as a mock tail for guest.
Notes
  • Let it stand overnight to get best results.
  • Drink it early morning empty stomach
