We normally get fish eggs in rainy season. This recipe is very easy to make. Just wash the eggs with a strainer and marinate with turmeric, salt and lemon juice. Here is the series of fish eggs.

  • 500 gm Fish Eggs
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 cup Flour besan
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 tbsp Onion Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste


  • Wash and marinate with turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice.
  • Add oil in a frying pan then shallow fry the fish eggs. After then it can be used in different recipes.
  • Make a batter with gram flour, chopped green chillies, onion paste, garlic paste and salt.
  • Take the shallow fried fish eggs dip in batter and deep fry. Then it will ready to serve.
