  • Peel the ripe mango and cut into chunks. Blend the mango chunks into a smooth puree using a blender.

Muddle Mint and Lime

  • In a sturdy glass or jar, combine the sugar, mint leaves, and lime juice. Gently muddle the mixture with a muddler or the end of a spoon until the sugar dissolves and the mint releases its oils.

Combine and Serve
