About this Recipe

Tasty and crunchy

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Refine flour one cup
  • Semolina 1/4 cup
  • Besan one tsp
  • Baking soda and salt as required
  • Black pepper roasted cumin and ajwain half tsp
  • Oil for dip fry
How to cook?
  1. Make a dough with flour, semolina, besan, salt black pepper powder, roasted cumin seeds, ajwain and oil
  2. Take small ball and press with both Palm. Keep in freeze for five minutes
  3. Now dip fry and serve with tea or coffee
