Paneer marinated in curd, kasuri methi and some spices. 

Ingredients for Kasuri Methi Paneer Tikka

  • Paneer (cottage cheese), cut into pieces 200 gm
  • Ingredients For Marination:
  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • Kasuri methi 2 Tablespoons
  • Cream or malai 2 Tablespoons
  • Green chilli paste – 1 Teaspoon
  • Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
  • Garlic paste 2 Tablespoons
  • Roasted gram flour 1 to 2 Tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoon

How to cook Kasuri Methi Paneer Tikka

  1. Take one bowl, mix well all marination ingredients. Add paneer pieces. Mix carefully. Keep bowl in the freeze for 1 hour. If possible you can keep more hours.
  2. Arrange paneer pieces into  sate stick.
  3. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Serve it with Mint Chutney.
  5. Tip – Grilling time may change according to your Convection or OTG. 
  • Tastes:  mild spicy, soft and melt in mouth. |

Hi Riddhi..nice recipe but I have a question which curd do you use for making hung curd. Can you post the process for it.
