  • Whip for 7-8 minutes, or until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip, as this can cause the cream to turn into butter. Stiff peaks are essential for holding the parfait layers.
  • Transfer the whipped cream to a piping bag fitted with your desired tip. This will allow for easy layering and a beautiful presentation.
  • Begin assembling the parfaits in shot glasses or small dessert glasses. Start with a layer of crumbled motichoor ladoos. Sprinkle with a portion of the chopped pistachios.
  • Pipe a swirl of whipped cream on top of the motichoor ladoo layer.
  • Repeat the layers: Add another layer of crumbled motichoor ladoos, sprinkle with pistachios, and pipe another swirl of whipped cream.
