- 350 gm Cottage Cheese indian cottage cheese, cubed
- 1 cup Yogurt plain yogurt or curd

- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder haldi
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 tsp Garam Masala optional, for added warmth

- 100 gm Mustard Oil

- Finely chop the onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves. Cube the paneer.
