Green mango chutney
Green is always ever green. Chutney is a additional food which gives a good taste in our daily diet. I boiled the raw mango but the chutney is prepared without any cooking. I have not added any spices. If you want to keep it more longer you can add 1 tbsp olive oil. I have not added because I know it is going to be finished within a few days.

Ingredients
- 2 medium sized potato
- 2 whole garlic
- 10-12 green chillies
- 10-12 curry leaves spring
- Pink salt to taste

Instructions
- Boil the raw mango then make a paste.
- Make a paste with curry leaves, garlic, green chillies and salt.
- Mix evenly the green chutney and enjoy your food along with chutney
