Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for Perfect Mango Pancakes
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing will lead to tough pancakes. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Use ripe mangoes: Ripe mangoes will provide the best flavor and sweetness.
- Adjust sweetness: If your mangoes aren't very sweet, you may want to add a little extra sugar to the batter.
- Get creative with toppings: Experiment with different toppings like whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
