Deep Fried Oreos

You love Oreos and you can't deny that. Just dunk it in the milk and enjoy is an everyday affair for Oreo cookies lovers. But if you want to be more innovative then do you know there are snacks to make with Oreos. Yes, True. Have you heard of deep-fried Oreos? A dessert to lick and bite. Let's dig the recipe and make deep-fried Oreos.

Ingredients
- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Oreo cookies - 1 Packet
- Egg - 1
- Powdered sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil -1 teaspoon
- Baking powder -1 teaspoon
- a pinch of salt
- Milk -1 cup
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- In a bowl sieve together all purpose flour, baking powder, powdered sugar and salt.
- Break one egg and add one cup of milk, whisk everything well until a smooth batter is formed.
- Heat oil in a pan to 375°F. (190°C) . or hot enough for frying.
- Take one oreo cookie and dip in the batter with the help of a fork and carefully place in the hot oil. Similarly do with 2-3 more Oreo cookies. Do not overcrowd the pan as it will be difficult to flip.
- Cook till the cookies are golden brown from both the sides on medium flame. Too high flame will burn the batter.
- Take out on a kitchen towel, sprinkle some sugar from top and Serve hot!
