Crispy French Beans is an easy recipe where the French Beans are coated in mildly spiced flour batter and deep French to golden beauties. It is serves as a great side side ,snacks or starter.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm French Beans
  • 2 tablespoon Chilly flakes
  • 3 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon Garam masala powder I used Udupi Ruchi brand
  • 1/4 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Wash the french beans and pat them dry with clean kitchen towel. Cut both the ends of the beans.
  • In a mixing bowl add the cornflour, chilly flakes, garam masala powder, Salt. Pour water and make a smooth semi thick batter.
  • Spread the bread crumbs in a plate. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Take the beans and coat them in the batter then roll them in bread crumbs.
  • Fry them in medium heat till golden and crisp.
