Crispy French Beans is an easy recipe where the French Beans are coated in mildly spiced flour batter and deep French to golden beauties. It is serves as a great side side ,snacks or starter.

- 200 gm French Beans
- 2 tbsp Chilly flakes
- 3 tbsp Cornflour
- 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1 tbsp Garam masala powder I used Udupi Ruchi brand
- 1/4 cup Water

Instructions
- Wash the french beans and pat them dry with clean kitchen towel. Cut both the ends of the beans.
- In a mixing bowl add the cornflour, chilly flakes, garam masala powder, Salt. Pour water and make a smooth semi thick batter.
- Spread the bread crumbs in a plate. Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Take the beans and coat them in the batter then roll them in bread crumbs.
- Fry them in medium heat till golden and crisp.
