Ingredients
- 10 nos long green beans cut into 3
- 250 gm boneless chicken cut into small pieces
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 10 nos long green beans cut into 3 250gm boneless chicken (cut into small pieces) 1 tablespoon all purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon cornflour melted in
- 1/4 teaspoon cornflour melted in 3 tablespoons water (optional
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
- 5 garlic pods finely chopped
- 2 white onion from spring onion each cut into 2
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- Oil for deep fry + 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in wok and deep fry long green beans in heated oil when it turn crispy transfer it to a plate.
- Now take all purpose flour in plate and coat chicken pieces. Deep fry chicken in heated oil till it done. Transfer it on absorbing paper.
- In another pan heat 1tablespoon oil in wok add ginger garlic in it n saute for 30seconds on medium flame.
- Add onion n saute for 30sec on low flame.
- Add fried long green beans and saute.
- Add salt, soy sauce, sugar and black pepper powder. Mix it well.
- Now add cornflour (which we prepared earlier with little water) n mix it well. If you skip this then U have to add 2 to 3 tablespoons water.
- Add fried Chicken in it n keep sauteing for minute on low flame. Switch off the flame.
- Chicken long green beans are ready to serve. Serve this hot with any chinese sauces u like.
