About this Recipe

In the occasion of new year they serve different types of recipes. At last this recipe Kulfi tri colour and triple taste. It can serve any occasion.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 1 litre milk boiled
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • Grated chocolate
  • Kaiser soaked in milk
  • Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup mawa
  • Stick and kulfi mould
How to cook?
  1. Boil milk stir continuously till reduce 1/4 amount.

  3. Make a paste of corn flour and add into the boiling milk.
  4. Burmese Kulfi
  5. Add sugar and mawa. Put off the flame and divide it three parts.
  6. One part add vanilla extract, second part add chocolate and third part add Kaiser.
  7. Now take the kulfi mould add first part and freeze for an hour.
  8. After one hour add second part and put the stick. Freeze for an hour.
  9. Then add third part freeze for five to six hours.
  10. Demould and serve.
