- Marinate the Chicken Breast: Chop the chicken breast into small cubes and marinate/season the cubes with the ingredients listed under the 'Chicken Nuggets Seasoning' list, including salt, vinegar, freshly crushed black pepper, and minced garlic. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Chicken Breast Coating: Place all-purpose flour and bread crumbs in two separate bowls. Season both of them with salt and pepper.
- Whisk the egg in a bowl and combine 1 tablespoon of water and keep it aside.
- After an hour take out the marinated chicken and toss it in all-purpose flour. This ensures that the marination remains intact with the chicken. Then dip into the egg wash and coat it completely. Give the final coat with tossing it into bread crumbs.
- Continue this coating and tossing process with all the cubes/nugget.
- To get the best results, place these coated nuggets into the refrigerator for another half an hour, this ensures the perfect coating for the nuggets so that it doesnยขรขโยฌรขโยขt come out while frying. You can completely void this step in case of a hurry.
- how long to fry chicken nuggets: This step needs attention as perfect frying means the best chicken nuggets. Take a heavy bottom wok, heat oil to medium heat.
- To check if the oil is ready drop a pinch of breadcrumb powder. If the oil sizzles that means its ready to fry.
- Fry the nuggets in batches of 4-5 until they turn crisp and golden at one side, turn then to the other side.

- With help of the slotted spatula, drain out the excess oil. Transfer the chicken nuggets on a kitchen paper towel. Sprinkle salt, pepper and serve hot with either ketchup or homemade mayonnaise.
