Why do you always want to go with simple Onion and tomato salad while eating food at home, lets try something different and with a twist. It will add new flavor to your lunch or dinner.
Beetroot is filling and would help in weight loss if eaten daily as salad.

Instructions
 

  • Peel the skin of beetroot and boil it. Best way to boil beetroot is to cut it into 2 halves and put it in microwave safe bowl with water.
  • Boil it for 5 minutes or till beetroot becomes soft and tender.
  • Chop Onion in julienne shape.
  • Chop Beet root and mix it with onion, add sesame seeds. These seeds would bring crunchiness to the salad.
  • Add Salt and 1 tbsp of lime juice.
  • Garnish it with the dash of coriander leaves.
