Ingredients
- beetroot 1 no hard boiled
- sendha salt/rock salt to taste
- green chili 2 no
- curd 1/2 kg
- red chili powder 2 tsp
- roasted cumin powder 2 tsp
- grated beetroot 1 tbsp for garnishing

Instructions
- grate the beetroot /
- whip the curd in a large boil .
- mix all ingredients together .
- cool and serve with poori.
