Ingredients
- 250 gm Millet Flour or 1 cup
- 125 gm Dill leaves or 1/2 cup
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 cup Potato Boiled and Grated
- Salt as per taste
- Red chili powder as per taste
- cumin seed as per taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except potato. Prepare a batter using water. Add potato and mix well. Keep aside the batter for 10-15 min.
- Heat appam pan and grease all cavities with little oil.
- Pour the batter in each cavity and cook on medium flame till bottom side becomes brown and crisp. Flip over all appe to cook from another side.
- Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
