Ingredients
  

  • Curd 1cup
  • Cooked rice 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chilli 1
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Urad dal 1/2 tsp
  • Cashew 5
  • Curry leaves few
  • Grated carrot 1/2 cup
  • Oil as required
  • Milk 1/4 cup

Instructions
 

  • In pan heat oil add mustard seeds urad dal,cashews,red chilli,curry leaves.fry it for a minute after add grated carrot.stir it well for 5 min After add salt,curd.mix well.now add little milk.after 5 min add rice mixed well.
  • Yummy carrot curd rice is ready.
