- Boil milk and add sugar.mix agar agar in 1/2 cup water and add in milk,.Stir till mix then sieve milk mix.let it cool.beat whip cream and add in cool milk mix.add vanilla essence take a mould and make it wet then transfer moouse in it and freeze .
- Remould it carefully .Loose edges with knife. Strawberry sauce-add cornflour in water and cook add sugar and cook till thick.turn off gas.add strawberry puree,,lemon juice and butter.cool and serve with moouse.garnish with whip cream and strawberry
